Teknosis Active Communicator or ActivCom system has been primarily designed to handle the processing of bulk messages (emails and SMS) that require sending from a web site. This can cover any type of messaging need, from a standard message that is to be sent to all registered users (users in your database) within the application, to a promotional type scenario where all registered users can each receive messages relating to a specific campaign/advert. It is also possible to scheduled and automate message sending.

The system can organise the workflow of advertising a rave, an event or just promote some sort of business, it sends out html emails (web pages) that you can easily create yourself by using the tools provided within the system. It's simple interface means that you can easily upload images or files (flyers, logos, maps, sound, video, and etc) up to it then just as easily drag and drop them onto a pane that you can then edit.

You also have the ability to edit page elements like: font, background colour, and font size. The toolbar on the system lets you format the document like you would do with a word document i.e. bold, italic, align left, centre, right and so on.

All this done without you needing to know any html, the system interprets all your editing into html and then sends them as batch emails (many emails at one time) to your target audience in your database. Your target audience is determined by utilising the search engine provided within ActivCom system.

Please note that system also sends SMS text messages to the target audience in your database in much the same way as the email feature.
